AH proposed on October 1 but we won't get married until 10/8/2006...Will my mother live that long? or will I/we kill her before the big day for being so intrusive? For example, neither she nor my stepdad herein referred to as T and H has said a word about who is paying for the wedding but both have plenty of ideas on the kind of wedding we should have. AH and I want an evening affair but the 'rents think an afternoon would be better (read cheaper). If this is the kind of thing that will go on for the next two years the offer AH and I had for a wedding in Reno/Vegas may become a reality...
